About Me Mr. Ge “Gary” Cao is an executive leader in decision analytics strategies and implementation. He has founded or built decision science teams in seven companies across multiple industries: energy and automotive product distribution, retail and ecommerce, healthcare, financial services, and consumer marketing and risk analytics solutions. Gary is Vice President of Insight and Analytics at U.S. Venture Inc. In previous 20 years, he was an executive leader and internal analytics start-up founder at Express, Cardinal Health, Equifax, Anthem, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America. Gary was an advisory board member of Data and Marketing Association’s Analytics Council (2006-2012), a contributor to “The Future of Direct Marketing” (2009), and Associate Editor of DMA Analytics Journal (2012). He was a speaker and judge on Data Fests and seminars at Tulane University, The Ohio State University, Miami University, Lawrence University, and Peking University. Gary is an advisor and former member of the Board of Directors at “naisA Global” (http://www.naisaglobal.org/), a national non-profit organization on Asian American leadership mentoring programs. Gary was recognized as one of the “Top 100 under 50” Executive Leader in 2015 by Diversity MBA Magazine. In addition to a master’s degree in Technology Management from University of Pennsylvania, Gary holds an MBA from Tulane University, an MA in Economics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Peking University.
